Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions: Registration for Total Compliance Training (Training) is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. In order to enroll in Training at the Elk Training Center, a completed Registration Form and payment in full must be submitted to Elk Environmental Services (Elk) at least five business days prior to the selected training date.

Cancellation Policy: Registered attendee(s) must notify Elk of cancellation at least five business days prior to the scheduled training date in order to receive a full refund of the registration fees paid or to reschedule at no additional cost. Elk reserves the right to deny refunds or rescheduling if registered attendee(s) fail to notify Elk of cancellation at least five business days prior to the scheduled training date. Attendee substitutions for the scheduled training date are always accepted.

Elk reserves the right to cancel or reschedule Training at least five business days prior to the scheduled training date. In the event that Elk cancels or reschedules Training, attendees will receive a full refund of the registration fees paid or may reschedule at no additional cost. Cost and schedule commitments are subject to renogotiation for delays caused by unpredictable occurences, or force majeure such as fire, adverse weather conditions, floods, strikes, riots, acts of any governmental agency, etc.
