Referral Program

At Elk, we believe in the power of word of mouth. That’s why our goal is to gain your loyalty so that you have nothing but good things to say about your experiences with us.

In appreciation of your loyalty, we developed the Elk Referral Program to reward you when you recommend our services to others. Simply refer a company to Elk and when we complete a project for that company, you receive a reward ... and they do too!

Here's how it works:

1. Tell your friends and business associates to call Elk for their environmental, remediation, or waste management needs and to mention your company name as part of the Elk Referral Program.

2. When your referral contracts Elk for a project, you'll receive $100 or 10% off of your next project with us! Your referral also receives $50 or 5% off of their first project with Elk.*

That's it! There's no limitation to the number of referrals you can make! Just have your friends and business associates contact Elk for their environmental and waste management needs and make sure they mention that you referred them so Elk can credit you on your next project!

*Discount amount for the referring customer is either $100 or 10% off, whichever is smaller, of the invoice on the referring customer's next project with Elk. Discount amount for referred customer is either $50 or 5% off, whichever is smaller, of the referred customer's first project with Elk.

Terms and Conditions: Offer only available for sales made through the Elk Referral Program. Eligibility requirements, in addition to standard service availability and credit worthiness, include: The referring customer is eligible for a one-time referral credit after the referred customer’s service(s) has been successfully activated. The referred customer must identify the referring customer at the time of the sale. The referring customer’s account must be active and in good standing at time of referral. Referral names cannot be added after the initial order is taken and submitted. There is no limit to the number of referral credits a referring customer may receive; the referring customer may receive one credit for each activated and paid in full referred account, but no more than one referring credit per referred account. The referral credit can only be applied as an invoice credit; only one referral credit can be applied per project. A customer can only be referred once. Referral credits cannot be split between multiple referring customer accounts; the referred customer may only name one referring customer. Once applied, a referral credit cannot be “transferred” or “moved” to another account. Referral credits expire after one year from referral customer invoice date. ELK reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
