Facilities

Elk's corporate operations are conducted at 1420 Clarion Street in Reading, Pennsylvania. We also maintain the Elk Training Center at this location.

Additionally, Elk owns and operates a secure fleet and storage facility. A hazardous and non-hazardous ten-day permit allows us to store drum waste at this location in order to provide you with fast, economical drum disposal services.

Along with our affiliated companies, we also operate a 1,000-ton per day C&D/municipal/residual waste and recycling transfer facility.
